Master Roshi The old and perverted Master Roshi is a strange man of contradictions. Often light-hearted and fun, he can also be deeply serious and very wise and knowledgeable. He lives in the "Kame House", on a small isolated island. Master Roshi became known as the "Turtle Hermit" due to the weighted turtle shells used in his training. After your fourth and last training under Roshi, you will receive the "Turtle School Gi" outfit. Alignment: Good. Training gain: +2 to all stats. Techniques: Kamehameha. Requirements: Must complete the “Get a date for Master Roshi!” Quest. Master Shen Master Roshi’s former friend and rival, Shen is ruthless and sneaky. He teaches his students to be cunning and heartless in battle. After your fourth and last training under Shen, you will receive the "Crane School Uniform" outfit. Alignment: Evil. Training gain: +2 to all stats. Techniques: Dodon Ray and Tri-Beam. Requirements: None. Mercenary Tao Master Shen’s brother and one of the most feared assassins on Earth. Tao can kill people with just his tongue, and is even more merciless than his brother. If you have the assassin job, you gain 5 exp in it every time you train under Tao. (It is your duty to make this clear). Alignment: Evil. Training gain: +4 AGI and +2 to all other stats. Techniques: None. Requirements: Must have trained under Shen at least once. Korin An immortal cat who lives at the top of Korin’s Tower, Korin can be sarcastic and insulting, but this is just how he provokes and tests his students. He is also very wise and powerful, so don't be fooled by his appearance. Alignment: Good. Training gain: +4 HP and AGI. 2 Senzu beans after the third training. Techniques: None. Requirements: Must have completed the “Climbing Korin’s Tower” Quest. Mr. Popo A strange genii-like being who has served on Kami’s Lookout for centuries, always as a devoted assistant to the Guardian of the Earth. Calm and patient, Popo is friendly to all he meets, and especially to those who come with a noble cause. Alignment: Good. Training gain: +4 to all stats. Techniques: None. Requirements: Must have trained under Korin twice (which itself requires the “Climbing Korin’s Tower” Quest). Kami Kami is an old Namekian who serves as the current Guardian of Earth. In keeping with his station, he is extremely intelligent and knows a great many ancient and secret powers and abilities. Alignment: Good. Training gain: +5 to all stats. Techniques: Eye Beam. Requirements: Must have trained under Mr. Popo (which also requires having trained with Korin). Planet Namek
Moori Elder Moori is a wise, old and friendly namekian. Despite his age, he is still a capable warrior. Moori can be found in his village, where he shares ancient secrets with new and young warriors. Alignment: Good. Training gain: +2 to all stats. Techniques: Eye Beam. Requirements: A power level of 2,000 or higher. Nail A tall and proud Namekian warrior with the physique and attitude of a seasoned warrior. Nail is also deeply honorable, and has a good and kind heart. He is known as the most powerful namekian alive, with a power level 42,000, so his standards are rather high when recruiting pupils. Alignment: Good. Training gain: +10 to all stats. Techniques: Eye Beam. Requirements: A power level of 12,000 or higher. Guru The grand elder of the namekians, and the creator of the namekian dragon balls. He is an old and massive Namek, who spends most of his time at the grand elder's lookout, sitting on his throne. Though no fighter, Guru can unlock the dormant powers of any warrior, resulting in a massive power up. Unlock potential: During your second training under Guru, your potential can be unlocked. All stats increase by +55% (x 1.55) and receive an additional bonus of +15 points afterwards. Normal training gains are neglected. After this power up is received, you are no longer able to train under Guru. Alignment: Good. Training gain: +5 to all stats. Techniques: None.
