To avoid future mistakes you might make when roleplaying, read through most of the guides in the portal. The general things about roleplaying in DBR, what races there are and why each one is unique, what is training and how it works, how to buy items, how the items work, how quests are completed and what quests you can do on a certain planet. The fighting system is not relevant at this point. If you don't consent to read all info, you'll most likely end up looking like a retard, and the staff won't approve your poorly done join form that most likely has errors.

- Step 2: Fill out your join form.

Once you have read everything, you need to fill out a join form. The form is as follows:

-Intro RP-

(Must be at least 200 words long!)

This can be a bio, story, background etc.

Character Name: Self-explanatory.

Gender: Type "asexual" if you are a Namek.

Age: Between 7 and 30 for nameks, humans and saiyans. Anywhere from 70 to 200 for Changelings, who have an incredibly long lifespan. And androids... they have eternal life, so feel free to enter any number.

Race: The race of your choosing must have avainable slots, you will see them (marked by red and bold text) next to the name of the race. If it's 3/3, for instance... pick some other race.

Appearance: What your character looks like.

Personality: Note that saiyans and changelings share the same cruel and arrogant nature.

Chosen starting set: Check races page for these.

Fighting style: Each gives unique bonuses to certain stats, which will be counted when distributing stat points. The styles are as follows:

Defensive: +2 END, +1 HP and +1 AGI.

Agile: +4 AGI.

Offensive: +2 STR and +2 Ki.

Brawler: +1 Agi, +1 STR, +1 Ki and +1 END.

Smasher: +4 STR.

Stat distribution: Each race has a set number of stat points they can distribute into SP, Ki, STR, AGI and END as they want. You will not count the bonus from your starting equipment or fighting style! There's an example below:

Let's play that a Saiyan player (saiyans get 12 points to distribute at start) did the following, watch and learn from him:

SP: 2

HP: 2

Ki: 2

STR: 2

AGI: 2

END: 2

That's all you have to do, bonus from your starting set and fighting style will be counted by the admin who approves your post, then the same guy counts how much Power Level your character ends up with.

- Step 3: Post your join form.

Go to the forum "Character Creation" and post the form you filled out in step 2. Then, you will wait for an admin to approve or disapprove your request. If you are approved your character page will be modified and you are added into the players group, ready to play.
